Regarding the monthly Chapter luncheon planned for March 19, 2019, we will NOT be meeting at the BP Energy Center. Instead, Mike Stoddard, Safety Specialist, AIRGAS, an Air Liquide Company, has agreed to host a technical tour of the AIRGAS plant at 6510 Arctic Spur Rd, Anchorage, AK 99518.
The tour is scheduled for March 19, 2019, at 3:00pm. To minimize the risk to operations at AIRGAS and to AK ASSP members, the size of the tour group must be limited to 20 attendees.
Due to the limit of 20 attendees, it is essential for those that wish to attend to send an RSVP to Jon Johanson, AK ASSP President, at email@example.com. RSVP’s for the tour will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. Those that submit an RSVP to Jon will receive a reply acknowledging his/her status as an attendee for the tour or assignment to the stand-by list. A stand-by list of attendees will be created for those that are not one of the first 20 to RSVP. As attendees on the RSVP list cancel, individuals on the stand-by list will be notified via email.
Attendees of the tour are encouraged to dress appropriately, as portions of the tour is outdoors. Attendees are required to wear closed toe shoes. Ear plugs and safety glasses will be provided on site, thanks to a donation from Trace Savage, 3M Alaska Territory Sales Manager.
There is no cost for the tour. Estimated length of the tour is 60 minutes.
Send your RSVP to your Chapter President, Jon Johanson, at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to reserve your spot on the RSVP list.
