Job Posting: Project HSE Management System Coordinator

Job Summary
The Project HSE Management System (HSE MS) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Alaska business Unit with effective implementation and coordination of the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System. The role will actively engage with various stakeholders to:
• Identify all documents that are in scope
• Establish/verify document owners
• Propose and establish a review schedule
• Compare current business unit documents against corporate standards
• Assist with streamlining current process for reviewing and approval of programs and procedures under the HSE MS.

The position will report directly to the Kuparuk HSE Director during the early project phases of this multi-year project and will eventually transfer to the Anchorage HSE Director once a process has been fully established.
